Four Findings
Ranked by observable priority. Each finding includes the evidence Nebula used - no opinion, no estimation. Priority scores are rule-based heuristics for fix order, not predicted conversion loss.
Finding 1
Broken H1 + Duplicate H1s
Two problems in the primary signal: the H1 text reads "The OS forhuman-agentteams" (line-break collapse - missing spaces) AND the document carries 2 H1 elements where exactly one should exist. Search engines receive a garbled primary headline, twice.
Evidence
title: "Work & Project Management for Human-Agent Teams • " (55 chars) | meta desc: 106 chars | h1: "The OS forhuman-agentteams" | h1 count: 2. Snapshot timestamp: 2026-08-05T09:40Z.
Recommended Fix
Fix the whitespace collapse in the H1 source (join the text nodes), then reduce to exactly one H1 element that shares its keyword with the title.
Finding 2
Page Payload
HTML payload is 785.9 KiB - 6.5x the 120KB heuristic.
Evidence
Fetched HTML payload: 785.9 KiB. Heuristic max: ~120 KiB. Snapshot timestamp: 2026-08-05T09:40Z.
Recommended Fix
Defer below-fold content, move inline JSON to lazy calls. Target Lighthouse mobile >= 70.
Finding 3
Above-Fold Source Proxy
Early source proxy lacks a headline, clickable control, or offer term in its first 3,000 characters - the hero hierarchy is client-rendered.
Evidence
Early HTML proxy missing: H1 headline, primary CTA, price/offer signal in first 3,000 source chars. Snapshot timestamp: 2026-08-05T09:40Z.
Recommended Fix
Server-render H1 + primary CTA + offer signal into the first 3,000 characters.
Finding 4
Conversion Tracking Gap
GA4 is present; no UTM-bearing link or explicit conversion call observed in the static source.
Evidence
Static artifacts found: GA4 initializer or measurement ID. Not observed: Facebook Pixel initializer, UTM-bearing link, explicit conversion call. Snapshot timestamp: 2026-08-05T09:40Z.
Recommended Fix
Run consent-aware network validation; confirm the signup conversion path fires.
What This Demonstrates
Asana sells work management "for human-agent teams" - and its homepage H1 renders in the source as "The OS forhuman-agentteams": the spaces collapsed by a line-break in the production HTML, the same class of defect we found on Shopify ("nextAI") and Squarespace ("websitemakes") in the same week. The page also carries two <h1> elements where exactly one should exist, and the HTML payload is 785.9 KiB - 6.5x the heuristic ceiling. The engine scores it 6.9/B. Modern component frameworks make these whitespace collapses easy to ship and invisible in the rendered browser - which is exactly why they accumulate.
